The Seaside, located in the popular Jesolo Lido, represents a project of refined elegance which aim is to overcome the traditional idea of “beach house”, by focusing the attention on details and selection of materials. The building enjoys a sea view location next to Piazza Brescia, central area of Jesolo Lido. The building consists of five stories, one penthouse and one basement with garages and stores, for a total of 10 luxury apartments with wide sea views. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool equipped both for adults and children with solarium area. Furthermore, the Seaside provides private underground parking and loading zone next to the main entrance. The spatial organization is clear and simple with a central spine that separates different units, thanks also to the use of hanging greenery: in this way, it is possible to ensure a good level of privacy per each apartment while keeping a visual continuity to the Adriatic seashore. Each unit is single storey and it is characterized by elegance, comfort and high quality services; bedrooms and bathrooms are finished with selected materials while, in the living room, the effective dimension of the space is amplified by perimeter glass walls that offer a solution of continuity with the spacious terraces. Through careful architecture and MEP design it has been possible to create a building that minimizes the wasteful energy consumption and that maximizes the energy efficiency. The Seaside building aims to represent the attitude of Gruppo Cecchin: care for architectural details, finishing of the products and high organization and quality skills.

Project approach involves the redefinition of the current architectural volume through an element functional to insulation, shading and shelter from rainfall, which covers the current office building like a second skin, by creating, from the volumetric point of view, a monolith whose austerity is amplified by the mono-material surface.
